 Tengo que corregir en parte lo del mendigo nazi, no era HSV lo que escribia, era NSV, y eso si que tiene un significado:
Nationalsozialistische Volkswohlfahrt (National Socialist Social Welfare):
The NSV was officially founded by Hitler on 3.05.1933 in contradiction to the Nazi doctrine of the survival of the fittest, but in agreement with totalitarian control of every aspect of German life. It replicated and competed with local government social provision. It reflected Nazi racial doctrine in discriminating against the "asocial", "inferior races", the "genetically defect" and Jews. It completely negated the 20th century concept of care and support of the needy, and of the rights of the individual.
Y segun he leido por ahi, Hitler se mantuvo durante 12 años en el poder, asi que tambien esta explicado el significado de ese numero, se nota que el mendigo ese al menso esta informado :P
